"D-Packing (EPDM molded packing)" is a gasket formed by press-molding rubber into a cross-sectional shape! It has a PTFE coating that provides chemical resistance and corrosion resistance.
This is a gasket made from Daiko's "D Packing (EPDM molded packing)" rubber, which is pressure-formed into a cross-sectional shape. For areas requiring chemical resistance and corrosion resistance, we also offer PTFE-coated products that are integrally bonded with PTFE! This packing material provides stable sealing performance at lower surface pressure compared to punched rubber sheet gaskets. (Characteristics) - Being a molded product, it has no uneven thickness and a smooth surface. - The presence of two O-ring shaped protrusions ensures no leakage even at low surface pressure. - The hardness of the rubber is appropriately adjusted to buffer thermal stress and piping stress. - Made from high-quality virgin rubber, it has a long lifespan. - It can also be used with resin and resin-lined flanges. (Supported Sizes) 5K 15A~300A 10K 15A 300A (Operating Temperature Range) -40℃~ 100℃ For sizes above 350A, rubber punched products will be used. (Maximum Operating Pressure) 0.98MPa (approximately 10kgf/cm²)
