D-2000 High-Temperature Sleeve Packing Compared to conventional non-asbestos sleeve packing materials, it offers superior durability.
Daiko's high-temperature sleeve packing "D-2000" for boilers is a high-temperature sleeve packing made from chemically stable graphite, which has excellent heat resistance. It resolves the heat resistance issues that were problematic in conventional non-asbestos sheets primarily composed of synthetic rubber under high-temperature steam conditions. Additionally, it is reinforced with a small amount of high-strength fibers, offering great flexibility and moderate surface hardness, making it resistant to scratches during handling. We also offer a graphite-filled Teflon material called "D-2000-G." 【Features】 <D-2000> ■ Excellent heat resistance ■ Based on chemically stable graphite ■ Highly flexible with moderate surface hardness *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
