Mechanical equipment maintenance: Insulation bolts (sleeve + washer type) to prevent electrolysis.
Using insulating bolts allows for electrical insulation between the flanges and between the flange and port nut, thereby preventing galvanic corrosion.
Daiko's "Insulated Bolt (Sleeve + Washer Type)" The "Insulated Bolt (Sleeve + Washer Type)" is a product that prevents electrical corrosion by electrically insulating the space between flanges and between flanges and bolts/nuts. Using glass-filled epoxy resin board and high-temperature mica laminated board as washers, and employing a PTFE sleeve for bolt protection, it offers high insulation resistance and excellent mechanical strength. Additionally, we also offer the integrated "T9019-Z," which combines an insulating sleeve and insulating washer that can be set on commercially available bolts. 【Features】 <Insulated Bolt (Sleeve + Washer Type)> ■ Excellent electrical resistance and tightening strength ■ Smooth delivery response even for specifications other than standard products ■ Two types of washer materials can be selected based on the usage temperature ■ Excellent light resistance and weather resistance, with very little aging change *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
