The temperature rise and fall speed is approximately 20℃/min, a compact and space-saving fully automatic WIP.
We have started handling WIP manufactured by ENERGYN. WIP is a machine suitable for laminated ceramic electronic components and green sheet bonding (such as MLCC, MLCI, LTCC, HTCC, MCM, PZT, etc.). For laminated components with difficult irregularities (cavities) that are challenging for heater presses, warm isostatic pressing is recommended. The machine name ERIL stands for "ENERGYN Rapid Isostatic Laminator," and it features a rapid temperature rise and fall rate of approximately 20 [°C/min], with a maximum temperature of 250 [°C] (water). The improvement in heating and cooling speed due to the use of a special heat exchanger is a significant feature, allowing for quick heating and cooling, resulting in a fast cycle time. Additionally, it is possible to design rectangular containers for warm water laminators, enabling parallel loading of chip-type components.
