The Advantech SQFlash 630 series 2.5" SATA SSD features flash disk technology with a Serial ATA III (6.0Gb) interface that fully complies with the standard 2.5" SATA SSD form factor. The SQF-S25 is based on the 2.5" SATA SSD form factor generated by JEDEC and offers a wide range of capacities from 1GB to 64GB for SLC, 2GB to 64GB for Ultra MLC, and up to 128GB for MLC. Additionally, even based on MLC flash, it achieves high performance with read speeds of over 480MB/s and write speeds of 180MB/s. The power consumption of the flash disk is also significantly lower than that of traditional hard drives.
