The vibration-damping rubber, which excels in shock absorption and vibration absorption, absorbs energy without almost any rebound when subjected to external forces. Hanenite MP40 demonstrates excellent vibration-damping properties across a wide temperature range, making it suitable for use even in environments with significant temperature fluctuations. Its physical properties and durability are comparable to those of general rubber. It is widely used as cushioning material and vibration-damping components in quiet and low-vibration products. 【Characteristics】 ● Rebound elasticity is 4% (measured value). ● Exhibits excellent vibration-damping performance across a wide temperature range. ● Can be processed into various shapes. Molding similar to general rubber is possible. GP-LE: Has the best vibration-damping performance among HaneNight and can also produce colored rubber. CP-S: Usable down to -20°C. MP: Exhibits vibration-damping function over a wide temperature range (-9 to 43°C). ● Excellent processability allows for free shapes! Molding similar to general rubber is possible. Strong adhesion to metals is possible (except for CP). Cutting and punching of sheet materials are also acceptable. Teflon coating (vulcanized adhesion) is possible. ● Lightweight sponge sheets! Independent bubble vibration-damping sponge with a specific gravity of 0.3. ● Commitment to environmental measures Compliance with environmental-related substances (RoHS2 directive).
