New Product: Alloy-filled wire for hardfacing seamless tubes.
The hardening build-up wire is a rare seamless tube type that prevents deformation and crushing, achieving smooth wire feeding and excellent arc stability. It contributes to a reduction in working time and costs with a maximum welding efficiency of 98% and a faster melting speed. A single layer of build-up provides high hardness (HRC 62-67) and sufficient wear resistance. With minimal spatter and fumes, the residual accumulation in the torch is also minimal. This hardening build-up wire is suitable for light impact abrasion wear and erosion wear, making it ideal for brick and tile factories, quarries, mining operations, and cement manufacturing plants.
