We will eliminate adhesion, clogging, rat holes, arching, and bridging that occur in hoppers, ducts, tanks, etc.!
The "Electromagnetic Mag Hammer," a hammering device designed to remove adhered powder and prevent clogging, utilizes the energy of an electromagnet to move the piston rod at high speed. It delivers powerful impacts to dislodge powder adhered within equipment such as hoppers and to eliminate bridging. No air is required, and it can be used with alternating current (3-phase 200V), with minimal loss of impact force even at distances of up to 100 meters between the Mag Hammer and the dedicated control panel. 【Features】 - Automatic operation is possible with settings for continuous strikes and pause times. - It allows for concentrated strikes (up to 10 times), which is highly effective for removing adhered materials. - Automatic operation can be triggered by external interlock signals. - It can be used in high-temperature environments (up to 300°C, with ambient conditions up to 40°C) (special: high-temperature specification). - It can be manufactured entirely from stainless steel (special: corrosion-resistant specification). - CE mark compliant products can be manufactured (special: CE specification).

basic information
**Selection of Hopper** The selection may vary depending on the shape and dimensions of the hopper, the degree of clogging of the product, as well as the characteristics, shape, and moisture content of the powder. As a rough guideline for selecting Maghammer, we recommend the model and quantity as shown in the table on the right. As a selection criterion, the model of the Maghammer is chosen based on the plate thickness (t) of the hopper, and the quantity of Maghammer is determined by the size (φ) of the hopper. Since the Maghammer allows for adjustment of impact force, it is advisable to select the larger model for optimal performance.

Company information
Founded in 1943 as Fukumaki Iron Works, we established Japan Magnetics Co., Ltd. in 1983 by separating the magnet division from our predecessor, Fukumaki Machinery Manufacturing. Since then, we have been engaged in research and development for over 30 years, focusing on the development and manufacturing of permanent magnets and electromagnets used for separating materials such as iron powder and aluminum. ● Innovative, Extra-Large Ceiling Fans We began selling HVLS fans in September 2014. Have you heard of the term "HVLS fan"? HVLS (High-Volume, Low-Speed) fans are a new concept in air conditioning equipment that did not exist in Japan before. They are installed on the ceiling and rotate large blades slowly to distribute a large volume of air throughout indoor spaces. When combined with existing air conditioning systems, they can lead to energy savings of 20-30%, attracting attention worldwide. The idea was conceived by a venture company in the United States to address the decline in milk production due to summer heat, and it appeared on the market in 1998. Since then, they have been adopted in manufacturing plants and commercial facilities, with sales exceeding 100,000 units worldwide.
