The "Mesh Belt Type Continuous Heat Treatment Device" is a system that automates the management of processing lot control, input and output weight management, and lot interval time management. By adopting a high-efficiency burner, it reduces CO2 emissions, and further contributes to energy savings by using power adjustment devices with electric heaters. With an optimal heat source arrangement, it achieves excellent temperature distribution characteristics of ±7.5℃ for quenching and ±5℃ for tempering.
