Extreme ultraviolet (EUV) flat mirrors are Bragg reflection mirrors made of multilayer films with reflective coatings deposited on ultra-precision polished single crystal silicon substrates. The surface roughness is less than 3 Å. The mirror with a 45° incidence angle is designed for beam steering of s-polarized light, while the mirror with a 5° incidence angle is beneficial for use with unpolarized light.
