Tanaka Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. has been engaged in craftsmanship specializing in metal cutting processing since its establishment in 1957 in Ota City, Tokyo. We handle the processing of cutting and forming products by utilizing general-purpose lathes, NC automatic machines, and machining centers, catering to everything from prototypes and jigs that require short delivery times to various mass-produced items. Since its establishment, our Tokyo headquarters and factory have specialized in prototyping, performing machining that cannot be done by other companies. We have staff capable of incorporating strong cost responsiveness into the designs through specification meetings and technical guidance with our clients' engineers. Our main production facility, the Yamanashi Factory, is a mass production plant utilizing NC automatic machines and machining centers, and it also conducts independent sales, implementing a two-shift production system for certain operations. We manufacture processing jigs and measuring jigs for NC machines using general-purpose milling machines. Additionally, we assemble subunits for printing machines and suction units.
