Ultra-fine honeycomb structures of the world's smallest class. They are manufactured using a molding method with extrusion and can also be applied to thermoplastic resins.
Micro-honeycomb is a fine lattice structure formed using extrusion molding molds that leverage our fine hole and fine groove processing technology, exceeding 10,000 cells/in². We have a wide range of production achievements with various materials, including: - Ceramics (alumina, zirconia, etc.) - Metal materials (stainless steel) - Filler-containing thermoplastic resin materials Since it is produced using the extrusion molding method, which continuously discharges uniform cross-sectional shapes, it is also possible to manufacture integrated parts exceeding a length of 200mm.
