Ultra-fine honeycomb structures of the world's smallest class. They are manufactured using a molding method with extrusion and can also be applied to thermoplastic resins.

Micro-honeycomb is a fine lattice structure formed using extrusion molding molds that leverage our fine hole and fine groove processing technology, exceeding 10,000 cells/in². We have a wide range of production achievements with various materials, including: - Ceramics (alumina, zirconia, etc.) - Metal materials (stainless steel) - Filler-containing thermoplastic resin materials Since it is produced using the extrusion molding method, which continuously discharges uniform cross-sectional shapes, it is also possible to manufacture integrated parts exceeding a length of 200mm. At Nagamine Seisakusho, which provides a wide range of ultra-precision molded products using microtechnology, we handle "precision honeycomb extrusion molding dies." Honeycomb structures have the advantage of significantly increasing the contact area for fluids while minimizing pressure loss. We can accommodate not only square, hexagonal, and octagonal grids but also irregular shapes. It is 3D printing processing of ceramics! It is possible to directly manufacture ceramic parts from CAD data!

Ceramics 3D printing is a new technology for shaping ceramics using a 3D printer. By applying the ceramic molding materials (filaments) developed by our company, three-dimensional shaping of ceramics is possible with a typical FDM (Fluid Deposition Modeling) 3D printer.

Processing reduction through molding technology utilizing molds. It is a ceramic component manufacturing technology strong in mass production of complex-shaped and fine parts.

This is an introduction to our ceramic injection molding technology, which leverages our core technologies of precision mold and ceramic material preparation. By primarily blending organic-based resin binders with ceramic powder materials and compounding them, we can mold and process ceramics into various shapes using molds, much like resin materials. The mold and shape flexibility is similar to that of resin injection molding, and in the manufacturing of expensive ceramic components, this technology achieves shorter lead times, lower costs, and reduced raw material waste through a reduction in processing steps.

These are conductive ceramics that can be tailored for specific characteristics, ranging from mΩ (milliohms) to GΩ (gigaohms) depending on the application.

Ceramics are materials that excel in mechanical properties, balancing wear resistance (hardness) and strength, and are widely used in our products, such as suction transport nozzles for surface mount machines. Generally, ceramics are electrically insulative (materials that do not conduct electricity), but in recent years, there has been a demand for conductive ceramics in semiconductor and electronic component manufacturing processes and the electronics field for static electricity countermeasures. To meet such needs, we have developed our unique conductive ceramics.

Porosity up to 98%! It is a metal porous body with excellent air permeability!

It is a porous metal material containing numerous pores like a resin sponge. Each pore is part of a continuous bubble structure, allowing fluids to pass through reliably. Additionally, compared to plates/blocks, the specific surface area is improved by several hundred times, making it suitable for use as a reaction layer or filter. Examples of applications (consideration cases): - Components for fuel cells (gas diffusion layers, separators, electrodes) - Reaction electrodes - Catalyst supports - Filters (air filters, grease filters, etc.) - Components for factory automation (adsorption plates, adsorption transport pads) - Medical field applications (artificial joint components, bone regeneration treatment materials)
