Introducing a case where aluminum partitions and hanging doors were installed as a privacy screen for storage space in a logistics warehouse.
Due to the request to not show the storage space in the warehouse to anyone outside of the relevant parties, aluminum partitions were installed as a privacy screen. The current warehouse has a high ceiling, and while a screen was requested, the desired installation location is a straight line of up to 27 meters, which raised concerns about the stability of freestanding screens or partitions. Typically, when wanting to self-support over a long span, there are examples of using side panels or support columns at key points, but due to the request to make effective use of the space, we proposed a design that incorporates aluminum partitions within a steel frame on three sides.
