Sample preparation for the analysis of thyroid hormones in serum using LS-MS/MS with EVOLUTE EXPRESS AX.
This application note describes a sample preparation method using polymer-based strong anion exchange mixed-mode solid-phase extraction for the analysis of thyroid hormones T3, rT3, and T4 in serum by LC-MS/MS. Using the EVOLUTE EXPRESS AX 30 mg fixed well plate format, thyroid hormones (T3, rT3, and T4) were extracted from 200 μL of serum.
