Vitamin B7 (biotin) is a water-soluble vitamin necessary for cell proliferation. This application note describes a method to achieve reproducible extraction recovery of vitamin B7 in serum while minimizing the co-elution of proteins, lipids, and phospholipids using the EVOLUTE EXPRESS ABN96 well plate. EVOLUTE EXPRESS SPE products dramatically improve flow characteristics, enhance the productivity of sample preparation, and enable clean and robust sample pretreatment.
