Maintains high transparency and flame resistance! Flexible polyolefin-based elastomer sheet.
"AK Clear PN80" is a polyolefin-based elastomer sheet that integrates polymer alloy technology, maintaining high transparency and flame retardancy while excelling in heat resistance and flexibility. Its high transparency ensures excellent visibility and safety. Additionally, it has a relatively high melting peak temperature of 165°C and superior mechanical strength. The constituent elements are made up of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, and carbon, and it does not emit harmful or corrosive gases during incineration. It does not use halogens, phosphorus, silicon, metals, or inorganic materials, resulting in minimal ash residue after incineration. 【Features】 ■ Self-extinguishing (compliant with UL94VTM-0) ■ Excellent visibility due to high transparency ■ Relatively high melting peak temperature of 165 degrees, with superior mechanical strength ■ Lightweight with a density of 0.92g/cm3, allowing it to float on water ■ Maintains stable antistatic performance ■ Does not emit harmful or corrosive gases during incineration *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
