Our company’s characteristics include making proposals and manufacturing various items such as frames, carts, covers for machine tools, and food machinery across multiple industries. 【Achievements】 We handle both single items and mass-produced products, performing various types of welding such as silver brazing, MIG welding, TIG welding, arc welding, and soldering on materials like steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. After welding, we correct and eliminate bending, distortion, and warping through processes like annealing. We then perform secondary machining using NC milling machines, lathes, horizontal boring machines, and machining centers. For steel materials, we finish with plating and pre-treatment through phosphating, and apply baked coatings such as urethane, epoxy, and melamine. For SUS materials, we process them through pickling, buff polishing, and hairline finishing. For aluminum materials, we handle anodizing and baked coatings, accommodating the processes required by our users.
