Obatake Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a company that has been in business for over 40 years, receiving various guidance from everyone and producing products for a diverse range of customers. Obatake Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is committed to contributing to society through its corporate activities. As part of this effort, we have expanded our in-house machinery and equipment, enabling the transmission and reception of electronic data over the internet. We are working on converting this data into CAD/CAM formats to eliminate errors and reduce the labor required for NC data creation. Our company is characterized by our ability to take suggestions and produce various items across multiple industries, including frames, carts, covers for machine tools, and food machinery. We handle both single items and mass-produced products, utilizing various welding techniques such as silver brazing, MIG welding, TIG welding, arc welding, and soldering. After welding, we correct and eliminate bending, distortion, and warping through processes like annealing. We perform secondary machining using NC milling machines, lathes, horizontal boring machines, and machining centers. For iron materials, we apply plating and pre-treatment processes like phosphating, and finish with powder coating using urethane, epoxy, or melamine. For stainless steel materials, we treat them with pickling, buff polishing, and hairline finishing. For aluminum materials, we perform anodizing and powder coating, accommodating the processes required by our customers.
