VR (Virtual Reality) and AR (Augmented Reality) are expected to play an increasingly important role as communication tools in the future. However, producing content for these technologies requires multiple cameras. CIS proposes a multi-camera system that connects several CoaXPress compact cameras to a single frame grabber board. ★ Up to 40 cameras can be connected to one PC! (This is the maximum number of connections when using five 8-channel frame grabber boards.) ★ By using cameras that adopt CoaXPress for the interface, data transfer, camera control, and power supply can be achieved with one coaxial cable per camera, contributing to space and cost savings! ★ Achieving high pixel count and high frame rates With CoaXPress output, the fastest speed is 587 fps (VCC-VCXP5).
