Features of the outer cylinder rotating spindle for heavy-duty grinding: - By fixing both ends of the central axis and rotating the outer cylinder, it achieves double the rigidity of the bearing stiffness. - Due to its high rigidity, it is possible to make the spindle unit smaller than usual. - Since the load is evenly distributed on both sides of the outer cylinder, the grinding wheel does not tilt during processing, preventing chipping on the edges even when machining grooves with thin grinding wheels. - Suitable for heavy grinding that shapes gear tooth profiles from hardened blanks through grinding alone. - Based on past experience, we can propose various support structures that make it easy to attach and detach grinding wheels.
