The "MilkoScan Mars" is an FT-IR (Fourier Transform Infrared) type milk component measurement device designed for raw milk and drinking milk. It can measure up to six components in about one minute. Additionally, by adopting a flow system that eliminates the need for a homogenizer and incorporating an automatic standardization function, it significantly reduces equipment maintenance costs.
