Since the weight of all main materials and up to four additives is measured using a loss-in-weight method before being fed in, it is optimal for production management. It can be used for both injection molding and extrusion molding. It accommodates all types of feeding, including pellets, recycled materials, and powders, even with materials of different sizes and bulk densities.

FlowSave has a maximum processing capacity of 1,500 kg/h and can handle up to 5 materials (main material + 4 additional materials). Each hopper is equipped with an independent load cell that measures weight continuously. Therefore, even if the bulk density of the materials changes during the process, it automatically adjusts to ensure the optimal weight is fed in.
