The RBS formwork method is a cavity injection technique that uses polyurethane-based injection materials developed for the purpose of filling tunnel voids and reinforcing existing tunnels by filling the cavities behind the lining concrete. The high filling capacity and permeability due to the unique foaming of polyurethane resin allow for the filling of voids. Additionally, it penetrates cracks in the lining concrete, providing a water-stopping effect.

It also features an emergency automatic stop in case of abnormal pressure rise, ensuring a high level of safety in the method.
