The "Z-PRO Series" is a high-end machine tap series designed for high-performance machining centers and water-soluble cutting oil processing. To achieve safe tapping even in harsh machining environments, we developed the "VUSP," which avoids chip wrapping and interference with the holder, and the "VUPO," which resolves chip clogging and allows for smooth lubrication of cutting oil, resulting in improved surface roughness of internal threads.
