We have successfully implemented a system for the recovery of powerful chips/sludge/cast iron, simple dehydration, and 0.01μm precision filtration.
It is a vacuum cleaner that powerfully sucks up the chips, fine sludge, and cast iron that have settled in the coolant tank, cleans the cutting fluid, and returns it to the tank, while also performing simple dehydration of the collected sludge.
