Patent obtained for special surface treatment technology inside the cyclone!
"Sludge-Free OK 2010" is a cyclone filtration device that significantly mitigates damage during sludge collisions due to its special internal surface treatment, and separates sludge from the liquid. By using a cyclone method to separate sludge, it eliminates the need for filters, preventing the generation of industrial waste and making it an environmentally friendly product. The special internal treatment absorbs the impact during sludge collisions, achieving permanent high-precision filtration. 【Features】 ■ Can be installed with cutting fluids and grinding fluids, regardless of whether they are water-soluble or oil-based ■ Significantly reduces the amount of abrasive particles and fine chips accumulated at the bottom of conventional tanks ■ Achieves high efficiency and high-precision filtration through special internal treatment ■ Installation can be customized according to customer applications *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
