The insertion of ceramic pins increases the bonding strength. 【Applications of Processed Boards】 - Furnace openings and doors - Backup materials for the second and third layers - Furnace walls We can also accommodate environmentally friendly specifications (Non-RCF), so we accept orders for alumina fiber boards and bio-soluble fiber boards. Hard boards such as #1800 can also be processed similarly to #1400 boards. Regarding shapes, we can create not only rectangular shapes but also cylindrical split shapes, and we perform hole processing, notch processing, and step processing as well.
