■ With a simple structure, it enables stable transport and easy maintenance. It particularly demonstrates its capabilities with materials that have high adhesion or viscosity and are prone to entanglement. ■ The spiral-shaped blades with a thickness of 10 to 30 mm slide and transport on a liner laid in the trough at low rotation, achieving long-distance transport with a single drive. ■ Since the blades are supported only on the drive shaft side, intermediate bearings (hangers) are unnecessary, eliminating troubles caused by intermediate bearings even in long-distance transport. ■ It allows for horizontal transport, gentle inclined transport (approximately 30° steep incline), and vertical transport, enabling a variety of layouts through their combinations. ■ The completely sealed structure ensures no odors or spills, providing a hygienic and safe environment.
