There are various processing needs such as half cuts and perforations, but due to the high degree of freedom in shape and the fact that no molds are required, many companies seem to choose "laser processing." Toyo Aluminum specializes in 'precision laser cutting' of materials such as paper and PET. We accommodate wide processing up to 1050 mm in roll-to-roll format and accept small lot requests as well. We can freely perform perforations, half cuts, and hole punching, as well as simple opening and partial opening processing for bags. Additionally, it is possible to cut while leaving the aluminum foil substrate to maintain barrier properties, and marking such as dates and product numbers is also available.
