The "Aluminum Briquette Melting System" is a melting facility that improves safety and factory environment during the melting of recycled materials compared to conventional chip melting. Furthermore, by utilizing the heat from the molten metal to dry the briquettes, it allows for a reduction in auxiliary equipment and achieves a fuel consumption unit of 1/4 in the chip drying process (compared to old kiln + reburning furnace types).
