In the case of "gears," there was a problem where even a slight difference in roundness and blade balance would become very noticeable when in motion. To address this, we made adjustments in the development process and welded the blades in a way that maintains their balance. This resulted in minimal welding distortion and allowed us to process without compromising roundness. 【Other Achievements Details (Partial)】 <Frame> ■Request for the item I would like all 15 frames to be assembled and delivered with the height and rail positions aligned on the stage. ■Commitment to aesthetics - Since it is a fabricated product, there may be a dimensional error of 1-2mm, so I ensured that the assembly reference surfaces are aligned on the same line for machining. - When connected, the reference surfaces of all 15 units are aligned in a straight line, and the rail sections are also aligned in the same manner to ensure smooth movement. <Duct> ■Request for the item - It is SUS-304 2B material, so please ensure it does not get scratched. - Since everything is fully welded, I would like to avoid any bulging or denting. ■Commitment to aesthetics - I completed the process up to the welding stage while keeping the material covered with vinyl to prevent scratches. - I performed welding that does not cause distortion to avoid any bulging or similar issues. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
