Hepco's GFX guidance system provides long-lasting and smooth motion for Beckhoff's XTS linear motor modules!
HepcoMotion, a linear motion manufacturer, has developed a special version of the PRT2 and 1-Trak guidance systems compatible with the Beckhoff XTS system in collaboration with Beckhoff in Germany. The GFX unit is a system that complements the rigidity, precision, and durability required by high-performance XTS units. The Beckhoff XTS system uses linear motor technology to drive individually controllable movers on the track, providing high-speed operation of up to 4 m/s without sacrificing positional accuracy. This system offers smooth movement to Beckhoff's 180° motor module by combining Hepco's patented 1-Trak guidance system with lightweight movers. Hepco's PRT2 system features motor module segments of 22.5° and 45° to accommodate large applications. Track solutions based on standard PRT2 products can be equipped for circular, elliptical, and rectangular systems and are available as fully assembled systems, semi-assembled track systems, or as components.
