Collection of Technical Test Cases for Heat Treatment [Uniform Heating Test for Heat Treatment Heaters]
Stable temperature achieved by replacing with electric heating! Introducing examples of heat uniformity testing.
We will introduce a case study of heat treatment heater uniformity testing. In the process of baking paint onto the workpiece using a burner for heating, there was an issue with temperature instability, leading to unevenness. By switching to electric heating and verifying with the TELF-PISR heater, we found that the temperature stabilized and uniformity was achieved, resolving the issue. We are moving forward with the direction of manufacturing full-scale equipment. 【Case Study】 ■ Issue: Temperature instability when heating with a burner in the process of baking paint onto the workpiece ■ Proposal: Switch to electric heating and verify with TELF-PISR heater ■ Result: Temperature stabilized and uniformity achieved *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

basic information
Since its establishment in 1891, Teitokusha has been advancing as a manufacturer specializing in refractory materials, and it continues to produce refractory bricks and insulators for electric furnaces. The main products currently are industrial electric heaters, specializing in the design and manufacture of heaters for electric furnaces that operate in harsh environments with extreme temperature fluctuations, made to order. Using metal heating elements, these electric furnace heaters can handle temperatures up to 1200°C and are used in furnaces for processes such as carburizing and quenching of iron, as well as glass bending. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Since its founding in 1891, we have progressed as a manufacturer specializing in refractory materials and continue to produce refractory bricks and insulators for electric furnaces. Our main products today are industrial electric heaters, and we excel in the design and manufacturing of heaters for electric furnaces that operate in harsh environments with extreme temperature fluctuations, creating them to order. Using metal heating elements, we provide electric furnace heaters that can withstand temperatures up to 1200°C, which are used in furnaces for processes such as carburizing and quenching of iron, as well as bending glass. Additionally, as a new product, we have successfully developed and commercialized a hot air generation device by combining metal heating element processing technology with ceramic insulator manufacturing technology. Our motto is to thoroughly address our customers' concerns and challenges and to stay with them until solutions are found. Based on the technology and know-how cultivated over more than 125 years of history and achievements, we are ready to assist with any inquiries related to heat.
