Collection of Technical Test Cases for Heat Treatment: [Heat Distribution Test for Glass Molding Molds]
We will introduce cases where improvements in uniform heating and reductions in heating time have been achieved!
We will introduce a case study on the temperature uniformity test for glass molding molds. There was an issue with poor temperature distribution during the heating of molds for glass molding. To address this, we adjusted the number of heaters and their shapes in the furnace to achieve uniform heating, as well as optimized the heater installation positions and heating temperatures. As a result, we were able to improve temperature uniformity and reduce heating time. 【Case Study】 ■ Issue: Poor temperature distribution during the heating of molds for glass molding ■ Proposal - Adjusted the number of heaters and their shapes in the furnace to achieve uniform heating - Optimized heater installation positions and heating temperatures ■ Result: Improved temperature uniformity and reduced heating time *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Since its founding in 1891, we have progressed as a manufacturer specializing in refractory materials and continue to produce refractory bricks and insulators for electric furnaces. Our main products today are industrial electric heaters, and we excel in the design and manufacturing of heaters for electric furnaces that operate in harsh environments with extreme temperature fluctuations, creating them to order. Using metal heating elements, we provide electric furnace heaters that can withstand temperatures up to 1200°C, which are used in furnaces for processes such as carburizing and quenching of iron, as well as bending glass. Additionally, as a new product, we have successfully developed and commercialized a hot air generation device by combining metal heating element processing technology with ceramic insulator manufacturing technology. Our motto is to thoroughly address our customers' concerns and challenges and to stay with them until solutions are found. Based on the technology and know-how cultivated over more than 125 years of history and achievements, we are ready to assist with any inquiries related to heat.
