We ship regularly every Saturday, so the average delivery time from order to delivery is 40 days (with a typical production period of 30 days and 10 days for delivery to the user). Additionally, we have 8 inspectors on-site in China, resulting in a low defect rate of less than 2% for individual parts. For repeat parts from machine tool manufacturers, the defect rate is kept below 1%.
