- Customer's challenges and requests before implementation: They were grinding buckwheat with an existing crusher but were unable to achieve a satisfactory particle size and were investigating other fine grinding machines. - Proposed machine in response to the request: We proposed a fluidized bed jet mill with a proven track record in rice flour production. Testing was conducted using our test machine, and the ground buckwheat flour was taken back for processing evaluation. - Specifications of the machine: Fluidized bed jet mill, model MCM-15, grinding section made of SUS304, 30 kW 4P. - Customer feedback after implementation: They were able to collect satisfactory fine powder. The grinding machine from another company was repurposed for the recovery process of larger particle size products.
