Other materials for window frames are also available! We introduce vacuum equipment capable of optical measurements.
The "liquid nitrogen cryostat" is a device capable of optical measurements such as photoluminescence measurements and evaluation of optical semiconductors. To reduce the consumption of liquid nitrogen, a needle valve is installed at the top flange to guide an appropriate amount of liquid nitrogen to the upper part of the sample holder, where temperature control is performed using a heater. The optical windows are standard in two or four locations, but designs can accommodate more windows if needed. Quartz glass is the standard material, but other materials for the windows can also be used. 【Features】 ■ Capable of optical measurements ■ Temperature control is performed using a heater ■ Optical windows are standard in two or four locations (can accommodate more windows if needed) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We provide equipment ranging from high-pressure gas (generally 15MPa: 150kg/cm²) to ultra-high vacuum regions (1x10⁻⁹Pa: 1x10⁻¹¹TORR), including both standard and custom products. Additionally, we can offer environments from high-temperature regions (2300°C) to ultra-low temperature regions (-270°C) as part of our equipment. Specifically, we can design and manufacture high-temperature vacuum heat treatment furnaces and vacuum low-temperature experimental devices upon consultation. Of course, we also provide utility piping for various equipment, as well as gases for the atmosphere and process gases. Please feel free to consult us with any inquiries.
