We would like to introduce our "Intestinal Bacteria Testing and Norovirus Testing Services." We offer a stool testing method that can detect not only O-157 but also other types of E. coli, along with a high-sensitivity genetic test as a measure against norovirus. There are various testing methods for norovirus, such as RT-PCR and ELISA, but the proposed R-PCR method is currently the mainstream. Compared to RT-PCR, the sensitivity of the ELISA method is relatively low at around 63%, and it takes longer to conduct the tests.
