The splicing jig "Puzzle Splicer" is a product that aligns 8mm carrier tape (paper and embossed) in a puzzle shape, achieving a no-metal fitting. It does not require a power source or air pressure source, allowing for quick splicing operations. By cutting the top tape on the new carrier tape in a shape that makes it easy to peel off, issues where the top tape does not detach from the carrier tape have been resolved. Additionally, the jig itself is equipped with positioning pins for the splicing area, enabling anyone to perform splicing work quickly and easily, regardless of the operator's skill level.
