Controller Functionality and Abnormal Monitoring Function Description Built-in light sensor — operates independently, outputs feedback signal under normal illumination, and triggers a buzzer in the absence of a signal. Illumination anomaly — monitors illumination anomalies such as open/short circuits, triggers a buzzer, and provides visualization. Light intensity monitoring — through calibration of light intensity values, the system can automatically adjust the light intensity to match the production line requirements. Temperature monitoring — monitors both the environmental temperature and the lamp temperature, triggers a buzzer, and provides visualization. Communication control — monitoring and linkage via RS-232 and MODBUS communication. Illuminance adjustment — light intensity values can be automatically adjusted according to the set requirements.
