F-572 High-Performance 3 to 6 Axis Photonics Alignment System
A system composed of ultra-high precision nano-positioning linear stages and an ACS controller.
This system is an ideal solution for advanced photonics applications. The compact and high-performance magnetic linear drive enables high-speed operation of the linear axis. Furthermore, direct measurement using a high-resolution optical linear encoder achieves high-precision control. The alignment system includes a pre-configured ACS controller that controls all axes. With the implementation of the FMPA routine for high-speed area scanning and gradient search in the controller (ACS buffer), the alignment time within the process and the associated costs can be significantly reduced. Additionally, as an option for the F-572, an ultra-fast PILightning algorithm for First-Light Search is also available.
