In order to expand the production volume of all processed mold bases, our company withdrew from the in-house production of standard mold bases in 1999 (continuing sales as an agent), and in 2007, we also withdrew from standard mold plates, outsourcing the processing of six-sided plates to external plate manufacturers. As a result, the automatic warehouses for plate inventory (one at the Fussa office and one at the Fukushima office) have become idle facilities. Therefore, we have decided to utilize these automatic warehouses and offer them at a low cost as "Mold Storage Boxes" starting in 2014 to mold manufacturers and molding manufacturers who are struggling with storage space for molds.
