The "Chemical Supply Device" weighs the chemical solution, mixes it in a mixing tank, and then transfers it to a supply tank to be pumped out. This device is constructed with piping and electrical components housed inside the main body of the device. The piping material primarily uses clean PFA tubing. The chemical supply section delivers the solution from the supply tank using either a circulation or a one-pass method.
