To prevent mistakes and omissions in tool operations! We have realized the request to "attach wireless communication functionality to the electric tools in use and manage the number of tools."

This is an introduction to a case study on the development of tools for preventing work omissions (Poka-Yoke) through IoT using industry-leading electric tools. A customer who was managing counts with our wireless device for torque wrenches highly praised our wireless communication performance and requested, "We would like to implement similar count management with the electric tools we are currently using," which we have realized. 【Details】 (1) Designed and developed a dedicated wireless circuit board tailored to the limited space of electric tools. (2) Supplied power to the wireless circuit board from the electric tool. (3) Adopted a protocol that enables communication with the Poka-Yoke receiver TW-800R series, which receives data from the wireless device for torque wrenches.
