『UCA-D400型』は、左右最大60度まで自在に旋回可能な丸鋸切断機です。多様な切断ニーズに対応し、精密で安定した角度切断を実現します。 特長 幅広材・複雑な角度切断に対応 刃物の前後走行機構により、幅広材の角度切りが容易。さらに、両振り旋回により、左右異なる角度での複雑なカットも正確に行えます。 高精度な切断性能 高分解能0.05度の液晶角度表示器と,高精度主軸および高剛性ガイドレールの組み合わせで、滑らかで正確な切断を実現。微細な角度調整もスムーズに行えます。 安全性と操作性の両立 安全カバー兼用の上クランプにより、作業中の安全性を確保しつつ、ワークをしっかり固定。安定した切断が可能です。 長尺材のクロスカットも簡単 左右60°の旋回テーブルにより、長尺材の斜めカットも効率的に対応。壁際への設置も可能で、省スペース化と作業効率の向上を実現します。 エアハイドロシリンダーによる自動送り 丸ノコはエアハイドロシリンダーにより自動で前後移動。ワークを固定したまま高精度なカットが可能で、作業者の負担を軽減します。
