We would like to introduce a case study that addresses the challenges faced by customers struggling with resin adhesion to hot melt plates. ■Problem In the process of bonding resin parts such as ASA, ABS, and PC for automotive component manufacturing through hot melting, the target resin is melted at approximately 180-210°C using a hot plate fixture (heat plate) for hot melting, and then bonded with another part.
