This product is a portable tabletop size. Since prototype boards can be made without outsourcing, the lead time is effectively zero! It is capable of producing single-sided and double-sided boards!
The VOLTERA V-ONE electronic circuit printer is a desktop electronic circuit printer designed for printed circuit boards, including FR4, and flexible substrates such as PET and PEN, enabling wiring depiction. Based on CAD data (Gerber data), it can perform wiring depiction with conductive ink, sintering, solder paste application, reflow, and through-hole drilling all in one machine. This allows for easy in-house prototyping of circuit boards, contributing to faster product development. It frees you from the hassle of waiting for outsourced prototyping. 【Features】 ■ Reduction of total costs is possible ⇒ No need to outsource ■ User-friendly software ⇒ You can create circuit boards without confusion by following the built-in video ■ An optional drill function for hole processing and through-hole processing is available ⇒ Enables prototyping of double-sided boards ■ Only the necessary areas can be printed, eliminating harmful etching processes ⇒ The materials used are only conductive ink and solder paste *For more details, please refer to the documentation.
