Kanto Chemical Co., Ltd. has decided to construct a new building at the Isehara Research Institute (Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture) to strengthen its research and development capabilities in the life and bio fields. We will significantly expand laboratories equipped to handle bio clean rooms and microbial containment, and in addition to our traditional research areas such as clinical diagnostic reagents, we will install facilities that also cater to new fields such as regenerative medicine. Furthermore, we are advancing the introduction of equipment for updating culture media for bacterial testing in part of the new building, and we are also planning to strengthen the Isehara Factory, which serves as our manufacturing base in the bio and life fields, by transferring inspection equipment from the current research building.
