"PCLII-40" effectively cleans scale accumulated in cooling water channels of small equipment and molds using a safe cleaning agent that does not require neutralization, combined with a variety of water flow effects. There are two types of cleaning agents: one for iron rust and soft calcium scale, and another for silica-based and hard calcium scale, allowing for selection based on the scale components. Additionally, after cleaning, an inexpensive maintenance agent that not only prevents rust but also has anti-scale effects can significantly reduce cleaning frequency. By utilizing a unique air pump that creates a highly effective intermittent flow and an air-mixed flow, combined with the easy-to-handle and safe cleaning agent SH2000, we can safely and powerfully clean the inside of pipes.
